Shopper Behaviour Classroom Training
Classroom training on shopper behaviour and how to use this knowledge in a retail environment:
Do you know what your current shopper behaviour is in-store?
Do you know what action to take (or not to take) to retain the behaviour you like?
Do you know how to generate a range of options that will change shopper behaviour but that will also keep them happy, whilst increasing sales and profitability?
This training and workshop covers a range of the major influences on shopper behaviour such as; the need for simplicity in how and what you communicate if you want the shopper to notice, how colour and shape are the major focuses of shopper attention and how activity needs to attract ATTENTION, give a REASON to change behaviour and then make it easy to make a DECISION.
Then through a range of global examples it coaches you on how to apply this knowledge from point of sales material to the packaging in a way that consistently triggers the same actions and appears seamless to the shopper across touch-points.
