Claims Development workshops are run in conjunction with 'Ideas In Store SA' providing brand owners with 60 years of expertise from the authors of 'The Complete Guide to In-Store Claims' and the former lead trainers for Procter & Gamble's claims development workshops. The training initially covers the basics of what are claims, how to generate, qualify and position claims in a way that strengthens equity and builds sales. This is followed by workshops guiding brand owners on how to identify areas where claims can be beneficial to the brand and the process for developing and choosing how to exploit them in a way that will deliver a competitive advantage. An extensive library of in-market claims can be used for inspiration and training programmes can be personalised to the brands specific opportunities.
